For example, if you test that you started to hate yourself as a result of something someone else said to you, and then asked, "Do I still hate myself?", you may very well test no. Just seeing that self-hate was enough to instantly remove it. *Not true with a virus.* I have never seen a virus disappear from my higher bodies as a result of my discovering its presence. I had to take a second and say, "I am now removing this virus," and continue that until it tested as gone. When I first started removing viruses this way, it took a decent amount of time to remove one: a few minutes, sometimes longer. Sometimes I would work on a single removal for 15 minutes. And it was tiring. If I had to remove a virus in increments, getting a percentage of it out, then getting more of it, then still more, by the time I finished I was tired. I knew I had done some work. Now I can remove just about anything in under 10 seconds.
