We have returned to using this format because our videos are too long for YouTube or Google.

In order to listen to the audio talks and play the tutorial videos, you will need to have the RealOne Player program downloaded and installed on your computer and have a sound card with speakers hooked up to it. Your browser has to be configured to work with RealOne Player (this usually happens automatically when you install RealOne Player).

It is recommended that you have the most up-to-date G2 RealOne Player installed.

The free RealOne Player features their

Downloading the file does not mean that the new RealOne Player is installed yet.

If it doesn't start you may have to do more to install, such as locate and launch the file you downloaded by exploring your hard drive. (The file is where your Web browser saved it or you instructed it to save it.) When launched that file will begin the RealPlayer setup process.

If you have your browser installed and then install RealPlayer it should configure the browser for you. If you update your browser, RealPlayer may have to be reinstalled or your browser reconfigured.

When you click on the link to the audio talk or tutorial video, it should start and play automatically. It sometimes comes up as a minimized screen and takes 10-20 seconds to start playing. If you already have RealOne Player and it doesn't start playing the video, it may not be working.

Choose the version of the tutorial video that best matches your connection. The quality and speed of your connection also determines if it plays without interruption.

Use the highest speed modem possible to view the files for the clearest video and audio.  We suggest a DSL or cable (or even faster) connection. You must check that your computer is set to use the type of connection you have. In other words even if you have a DSL or cable hookup your computer can be set to only a 28k modem speed and must be reset to actually use your DSL or cable speed connection.
