Your course agreements   
 

As a course participant, you are bound by the Web site agreements, privacy policy, and guidelines

WHUM makes every effort to draw your attention to these agreements and guidelines. If we fail to do so, we will not be held responsible for your failure to read and abide by them.

If you're not sure what they are, read them on your next break, because you will be held responsible for following them whether you have read them or not. or whether you even know they exist or not..But now you do.

In addition to the Web site agreements and privacy policy:

You are required to complete a pre-course questionnaire, ideally on the Web site well before the course begins, submitting it by e-mail. Or you may print it out from the Web, fill it out by hand, and mail it in to the ministry via snail mail well in advance of the course. If you are a late registrant, you will do this an hour before the pre-course meeting the evening before the course begins. Your filled-out questionnaire is your affirmed response that you will be attending the course.

Show up at all course sessions and meetings on time and stay until the end.

There is no fixed ending time for any course sessions or meetings.

Arrive in the calm, clear place.

Get enough sleep, wear comfortable clothes, and eat well.

Give your full attention to the teacher or whomever is addressing the room.

No smoking in or near the course.

No food in the course room unless we serve it or unless you have a medical condition that requires it.

No drugs or medication without your doctor's written mandate. Plan on not using alcohol, drugs, or other stimulants or tranquilizers for the duration of the course, including the pre-course planning and design period and any post-course meetings.
