Care/don't care
(totally after result/willing to release control)

Care passionately
(attached to another or to result)

Coercive
(care but think or feel you can't get result)

No awareness of caring
(false apathy)

At any given moment in any interaction that might involve caring, you can test where you are on this scale. It might help you to know that.
